The Indian Constitution Module

The constitution is workable, it is flexible and is strong enough to hold the country together both in peacetime and wartime. Indeed, if things go wrong under the constitution, the reason will not be that we had a bad constitution. What we will have to say is that man was vile.

The constitution is workable; it is flexible and is strong enough to hold
the country together both in peacetime and wartime. Indeed, if things go
wrong under the constitution, the reason will not be that we had a bad
constitution. What we will have to say is that man was vile.

The Indian Constitution sets out the system outlining crucial political code, structure, methods, forces, and obligations of government organizations and sets out basic rights, order standards, and the obligations of residents. It is the longest composed constitution of any nation on earth. We have a module devoted to this specific subject wherein we’ll talk about different rights and obligations of residents and how in the present time, they are being misused. We will likewise talk about the obligation of residents and what is normal from them. This will give our fellows a diverse viewpoint, one from the administrations perspective and other from the residents perspective.

This module includes the following Sub modules:

  1. Equality and Equity
  2. Secularism
  3. Democracy
